Issuing Social Bonds and Opening Securities Trading Accounts

On the morning of May 7th, 2024, Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of Royal Group Securities Plc., and his colleagues attended a training program on "Issuing Social Bonds and Opening Securities Trading Accounts," organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SEC) in collaboration with Royal Group Securities Plc. and Wing Bank Plc. The event was held under the distinguished chairmanship of H.E. Socheat, Royal Government Delegate in Charge of the General Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, and Mr. Hor Bunthe, Deputy General Director of Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. Through this training course, Wing Bank Plc. employees learned about issuing social bonds and opening securities trading accounts through presentations by invited speakers from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia and the Cambodian Stock Exchange.
