Securities Sector in Cambodia

On the morning of August 15th, 2024, the Securities Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Securities Exchange of Cambodia (SERC) jointly organized the second seminar on “Securities Sector in Cambodia” for university professors. The event was held with the support of the General Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, Royal Group Securities Plc, Wing Bank Plc, and Cam GSM Limited.

The seminar took place under the distinguished chairmanship of H.E. Sou Socheat, Royal Government Delegate in Charge and Director General of SERC; H.E. Hong Sohour, Royal Government Delegate in Charge and Director General of SRC; Mr. You Virak, Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports; and Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of Royal Group Securities Plc.
