MoU Signing Ceremony on the “Securities Training Program” between Royal Group Securities Plc. And Vanda Institute

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony on the “Securities Training Program” between Royal Group Securities Plc. and Vanda Institute took place on the morning of July 17th, 2024. The event also included a training session on “Securities Investment in Cambodia” for professors and students at Vanda Institute.

The event was presided over by H.E. Sou Socheat, Royal Government Delegate in Charge and Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), H.E. Dr. Heng Vanda, Chairman of the Vanda Institute Board of Directors, and Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of Royal Group Securities Plc.
