MoU Signing Ceremony between Royal Group Securities Plc. and Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia

Royal Group Securities Plc. (RGS), represented by Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of RGS, and Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), represented by Mr. Wong Keet Loong, CEO of CGCC, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 5th, 2024, at the CSX Building. The signing ceremony was presided over by H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Director General of the SERC, H.E. Hong Sok Hour, Royal Government Delegate in Charge as CEO of the CSX, and H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Royal Government Delegate in Charge as CEO of ARDB.

This MOU formalizes our strategic partnership. The collaboration marks a pivotal moment in Cambodia's capital market, as RGS, an experienced securities firm, pledges support to CGCC, the first local and state-owned guarantor, in launching bond guarantee services to local businesses. The MOU solidifies the commitment of both RGS and CGCC to closely collaborate in supporting the growth and sustainability of Cambodia's capital market. Through this partnership, RGS will provide necessary support to CGCC in its mission to offer bond guarantee solutions, enhancing access to financing for local businesses and facilitating their expansion initiatives.
