Cooperation on Raising Awareness and Promoting Participation in the Development of the Securities Sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia

On September 17th, 2024, Mr. Seng Chan Thoeun, CEO of Royal Group Securities Plc., participated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Cambodia Confederation of Investor Association (CCIA) on “Cooperation on Raising Awareness and Promoting Participation in the Development of the Securities Sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia.”

The event was presided over by H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), and Neak Oknha Ly Kunthai, President of the Cambodia Confederation of Investors Association (CCIA).

As part of the event, Mr. Seng Chantoeun also participated as a guest panelist in a discussion on “Opportunities through the Securities Market in Cambodia.” The workshop was organized by SERC and CCIA at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority Building.
