Collaboration in Promoting the Development and the Issuance of Guaranteed Bonds

On August 30th, 2024, Mr. Tieng Sivansak, Chief Operating Officer of Royal Group Securities Plc., participated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC) on “Collaboration in Promoting the Development and Issuance of Guaranteed Bonds.”

The event was presided over by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of CGCC, alongside H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of SERC.

As part of the event, Mr. Sivansak also participated as a guest panelist in a discussion on “Opportunities in Issuing Guaranteed Bonds” during the workshop on “Benefits and Opportunities of Issuing Guaranteed Bonds in Cambodia.” The workshop was organized by SERC and CGCC at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority Building.
